From 18-20 November 2024, a three-day training session called “Women’s Solar Start” will be held in Novi Sad for women interested in working in the solar sector.
At the opening of the training, Danijela Isailović, Manager of the Association RES Serbia, spoke within the panel “Empowerment of women in the solar energy industry.” She presented the Green Women’s Network, the working body of RES Serbia, which brings together women from the field of green energy to educate and empower young women.
In her presentation, she emphasized the importance of education and improving skills for all present, motivating them to explore the opportunities offered by the RES sector.
This event was organized by the ENERGY NET with the support of GIZ Serbia, to empower women, as well as raise awareness of the potential of solar energy.
