Senior partner at BDK Advokati Dragoljub Sretenović will be a panel moderator at RES SERBIA 2024 conference, which will be held on 23rd and 24th September at the ethno complex Vrdnička Kula in Vrdnik.
Dragoljub Sretenović is a senior partner in the BDK Advokati’s Banking and Finance team. Dragoljub acts for both lenders and sponsors in the financing of local and cross-border projects, including those supported by export credit agencies, multi-laterals and development finance institutions. Dragoljub was part of the BDK’s team acting on, among other transactions, the Belgrade airport concession, the Vinča energy-to-waste facility, the windfarms in Kovačica, and the Morava Corridor Highway.
Dragoljub has a wide range of experience in a variety of industry sectors, including public infrastructure, gas, and renewables. Dragoljub is featured and listed as a “Next Generation Partner” in Legal500 guide ranking lawyers in the Banking and Finance and Project Finance practices.
