One of the leading manufacturers of wind generators in the world, the company Nordex, is the bronze sponsor of the RES SERBIA 2024 conference, which will be held on September 23rd and September 24th in Vrdnik.
Since entering the Serbian market in 2021, Nordex has made significant advancements in the renewable energy sector. The successful completion of the Krivača wind farm, featuring 22 Delta 4000 turbines with a total capacity of 105 MW, marks a major milestone in delivering clean and reliable electricity.
In 2024, Nordex further strengthened its commitment to the region by beginning the installation of 16 turbines for the Pupin project, adding 96 MW to its Serbian portfolio. The commencement of regular maintenance activities at Krivača and the establishment of a Service Center highlight Nordex’s dedication to sustainable energy and our determination for a long-term presence in Serbia.
With an additional order intake of 22 N163/6.X turbines, totaling 155 MW, scheduled for installation in 2025, Nordex’s installed capacity in Serbia will reach 355 MW. In 2025, Nordex also plans to initiate its first project in Montenegro showcasing the company’s commitment to advancing renewable energy in the Balkans.
