In the previous period, NLB Komercijalna banka made a significant contribution to the development of renewable energy sources through the financing of large wind farms, investments in solar and energy-efficient projects, replacement of transport capacities with environmentally friendly ones, providing support for green construction and increasing the portfolio of energy-efficient buildings.
Sustainability is always at the center of NLB Komercijalna banka’s operations, which could be observed in the previous period through participation in the financing of the construction of the first project from renewable energy sources based on a commercial PPA, with an investment value of 165 million euros – the now operational wind farm Krivaca.
The production and expansion of the availability of green energy is one of the priorities in the bank’s operations, and in the coming period the area of support will increase and expand because NLB Group as a banking group, and thus NLB Komercijalna banka, has committed with investors to a significant volume of green portfolio and contribution to all aspects of social and business development.
