Radivoje Petrikić is a partner at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in Vienna, a member of CMS, one of the largest law firms in the world. Radivoje is the Managing Partner of the Serbian CMS office in Belgrade since its foundation in 2000, and also the Managing Partner of the CMS office in Montenegro since its foundation in 2012. Additionally, he serves as the coordinator for CMS law firms in North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Radivoje Petrikić is one of the leading M&A, corporate and FDI lawyers in Serbia and the wider region. Radivoje Petrikić holds Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Law from the Vienna University and also holds a second Ph.D. in Law from the University of Belgrade.
