ID Energy Group is a new member of RES Serbia: Projects under development with a total capacity of more than 6 GW

The subsidiary of ID Energy Group, Xiliun Solar d.o.o., is a new member of the Association RES Serbia.

Xiliun Solar d.o.o. is subsidiary of ID Energy Group, formerly known as I+D Energías, which is an international company specialized in renewable energy, particularly solar photovoltaic energy. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Ciudad Real, Spain, the company is dealing with the development, construction, operation and maintenance of photovoltaic energy systems. Over the years, ID Energy Group has expanded its operations to several other technologies, including wind, biogas/biomethane, storage and to several European countries, including Serbia, Poland, Hungary, Italy, Croatia and is currently entering into Latin America market.

On the territory of Serbia, the company announces the construction of projects in several different locations that will take place during 2025 and will have a combined installed capacity of more than 70 MWp, bringing ID Energy closer to its goal of developing more than 200 MWp in the country up until end of 2026.

The company has a strong focus on sustainability, digitalization, and international expansion, and has completed numerous large-scale projects across multiple markets. With more than 370 employees, ID Energy Group has built over 500 MW of solar capacity and is currently developing projects totaling more than 6 GW. Its commitment to reducing carbon emissions is already helping to avoid over a 400 tons of CO2 per year.
