Ministry of Mining and Energy of Republic of Serbia have opened public consultations for three regulations for the second round of auctions of the market premium for RES.
Public consultation is in the process for the Proposal of the Regulation on Amendments to the Regulation on Market Premium and Feed-in Tariff, which lasts from Monday, October 21 until following Monday, October 28 at 11:59 p.m.
Decree on Quota in the Market Premium System for Wind Farms proposes a quota of 300 MW, while Decree on Quota in the Market Premium System for Solar Farms proposes 124.8 MW. Interested parties can submit comments via eKonsultacija.
The most changes have been made to the Regulation on Market Premium and Feed-in Tariff, which is located on the link.
The approval of the decrees and the announcement of auctions are expected in November. The announcement of the auctions should be preceded by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the maximum auction price for wind and solar.
