Representative of RES Serbia, Nataša Šarić, participated in yesterday’s “Women Belong in Business” conference organized by three portals – BIZLife, WebMind, and Održi me.
The focus of the conference, held at the Hotel Moskva, was on the experiences and perspectives of women in the business world. Discussions revolved around the challenges and obstacles that women face throughout their business journeys, as well as the role of women in promoting sustainable development and economic progress.
During the panel of the Održi me portal, moderated by Đorđe Odavić, the chief editor of this portal, discussions were held on the ESG aspect of business and the role of women in it.
Nataša Šarić presented projects conducted by RES Serbia aimed at empowering women and increasing their participation in the renewable energy sector. She particularly emphasized the role of the Green Women’s Network and other initiatives of RES Serbia dedicated to gender equality.

Tamara Bullock from Tetra Pak highlighted the importance of ESG principles for their business, while Sandra Vlatković from the “Knowledge to Job” program, supported by the Swiss government, spoke about a project aimed at empowering women in the labor market.
The conference served as an important forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences regarding the role of women in business and sustainable development.
