Bringing more than two decades of international experience in renewable energy and power generation technologies, Ajay has built a distinguished career in the global wind energy industry. His expertise covers sales, business development, commercial strategy, project management, and stakeholder engagement across both onshore and offshore wind sectors.

Throughout his career, Ajay has successfully negotiated and managed projects and contracts worth several billion dollars, supporting the development of large-scale renewable energy projects across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. He has worked closely with developers, utilities, investors, and other key stakeholders to deliver complex energy projects in international markets.

Since joining Vestas in 2005, Ajay has held a variety of leadership positions in Canada, Singapore, South Korea, Denmark, and the United States. He has contributed to the advancement of projects ranging from onshore wind farms to multi-gigawatt offshore developments in markets including Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines.

A mechanical engineer by training, Ajay combines strong technical knowledge with extensive commercial experience, bringing a global perspective to discussions on wind energy, energy security, and the accelerating energy transition across Eastern Europe and beyond.
