Milica Pešterić, Partner at the Drašković Popović & Partners, will be a moderator at the ”RES SERBIA 2026” conference.

Milica Pešterić heads the ESG department and is one of the leading partners in the Energy, Infrastructure, and Mining practices. Her primary focus lies in energy law, contract law, and commercial law more broadly. Before joining the D2P team, Milica worked as a senior associate at another prominent law firm, and prior to that, as a legal counsel at one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies.

She earned her LL.M. in Commercial Law (Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, International Commercial Litigation, and Competition Law) at Queens’ College, University of Cambridge, England. Milica obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and is also a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
