The panel discussion dedicated to regional grids at RES SERBIA 2026 will be led by Miloš Laković, Senior Partner at Refine Legal.
Miloš Laković is a Senior Partner and Head of the Energy and Corporate/M&A Department at Refine Legal for Serbia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia. He specializes in energy, regulatory issues, and infrastructure projects in the region, with a particular focus on renewable energy projects.
Miloš founded Refine Legal in 2025, after nearly 20 years at the international law firm Schoenherr, where he spent 10 years as Partner for Energy and Infrastructure in Serbia. He is specialized in a wide range of energy policy and sector issues in the region and has been active in the energy sector for more than 18 years. Miloš has a proven track record in advising on projects in the electricity sector, including wind, solar, hydro, biogas, and biomass projects, as well as legislative reforms and electricity market requirements.
He has advised governments, investors, financiers, and contractors on numerous issues in the electricity and renewable energy sectors.
Miloš possesses significant expertise in legal and regulatory frameworks within the European Union and the member states of the Energy Community. In 2012, he worked on secondment in the Amsterdam office of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V., one of the leading law firms in the Netherlands.
